What is going on here with the note names?

It's a method of sorting files into hierachies where the tag is in the filename. This makes searching for notes easier.

I've tried a bunch of different note taking systems until I stumbled across dendron [1]. I don't like vscode but the idea behind dendron hierarchical filenames is very strong. It can handle a huge amount of notes and you can still find whatever you're looking for, very quickly.
